Jonathan has over twenty years of experience working at a number of Top 100 digital agencies in leadership positions, beginning back in the early days of the digital economy in 2000.
In 2007 he founded the digital platform agency Catch, specialising in UX Design and Technical Development. Jonathan bootstrapped it to become a UK Top 50 agency with 30+ staff before selling in a private equity backed deal, exiting in 2022.
Athos Louca, Advisor
Athos has been advising owner managed businesses for over twenty years, in that time he has advised on hundreds of transactions, on both buy and sell sides. His passion lies in working closely with clients to realise maximum value for business owners.
A Chartered Certified Accountant and Registered Auditor, he runs Loucas Accountants who provide accounting, tax and audit services to clients in the Digital Creative and Technology Sectors.
James Bullock, Advisor
James' expertise is in corporate law, advising clients on corporate M&A; buy & sell-side, EOTs, management buy-outs and buy-ins, joint ventures and re-organisations.
He is ranked in the Chambers UK 2024 legal directory in Band 1 for Corporate M&A in the South of England. James is a Partner and Head of the Corporate & Commercial team at Brachers, sitting on the executive board.
